Farfetch
Fartfetch is a UK-based digital marketplace that brings together world’s iconic fashion brands.
Farfetch needed a connecting system that could allow Kurt Geiger, UK’s #1 footwear brand, to sell its products on its marketplace.
Ziffity’s team of technology experts engineered a bridging software to connect the eCommerce store with Farfetch through APIs.
To keep the stock levels up to date on both sides, Ziffity created three types of inventory synching models each accommodating different synching rules provided by the client.
The order processing system was developed in such a way that it is able to house the order approval workflow of the brand’s eCommerce store and the marketplace.
Providing the ability to place orders on the brand’s infrastructure, the eCommerce store was able to focus on just the processing duties and fetch order status information.
Using APIs, team Ziffity created seamless connectivity between the marketplace and website in order to facilitate faster returns processing.
