Ziffity’s Magento development team customized the checkout to accommodate the complex promotion rules for varied customer groups. Search Optimization
As a part of improving the site’s usability, team Ziffity wanted customers to have a better product discovery experience. Ziffity leveraged the Aloglia search engine and grouped items based on criteria such as price, brand, size, and more to render relevant results based on the search parameters. To enable users to order faster, Team Ziffity has built features such as quick orders, back orders, and reorders. To enable responsive after-sales support, we automated the workflow for handling returns. Ziffity also built a custom feature that allows customers to access their entire order history with the store, enabling them to reorder items more quickly.

By successfully upgrading to the Hyva theme and utilizing performance optimization strategies and caching techniques, including Varnish Cache and Fastly (CDN), Ziffity improved the site’s loading time by 3X.
Platform Migration
