Solutions
Zero Downtime
By using serverless computing with the help of AWS Lambda, Ziffity was able to do all the application development and integrations with zero downtime. This ensured the business of the client did not get affected in any way.
Site Issue Monitoring
By leveraging AWS CloudWatch, Ziffity could monitor any site issues and provide the data for the technical team to quickly review and solve the issues. This gave the opportunity for the brand to quickly solve site issues and improve their customer experience and satisfaction.
Marketplace Integration
Ziffity integrated the Magento-powered website with a 3rd party marketplace. Ziffity has enabled zero-touch supply chain management leading to seamless transactions between the two systems. Ziffity’s managed services team performed 20+ third-party integration, including PIM ensuring seamless communication between the eCommerce backend and the systems.
Managed Services
A dedicated managed services team is taking care of the website’s version upgrades, continuous improvements, and implementing new features.
